We process the data you submit via the contact form to: respond to your enquiry, contact you, prepare quotes and, where applicable, provide our services. We also process browsing data for analytics (see Cookie Policy).

3. Data we collect

Name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, industry, approximate budget and the message you send us.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b).

5. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the applicable legal periods, or until you request its deletion.

6. Recipients and processors

We rely on the following service providers acting as processors:

• Web hosting & email: Spaceship / Spacemail.
• Process automation: Make.com (Celonis Inc.).
• CRM / database: Airtable, Inc.
• Web analytics: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.).

Some providers are located outside the EEA (USA). Such transfers are made with appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@avenero.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
